Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the payment of professional fees and other charges to Samya Law.

Samya Law provides legal consultation, drafting, advisory, representation, and other legal professional services, as may be agreed with the client from time to time.

Clients may make payments to Samya Law through online payment modes, including payment links, UPI, cards, net banking, or other payment methods or any other authorised payment service provider.

The fees payable to Samya Law shall be as mutually agreed with the client. Any government fee, court fee, filing fee, stamp duty, notary fee, travel expense, clerkage, copying charge, or other out-of-pocket expense may be charged separately, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Professional fees once paid are generally non-refundable, especially where consultation, drafting, research, appearance, filing, or any professional work has already been undertaken.
However, Samya Law may, at its discretion, consider refund requests where no professional work has commenced or where a payment has been made by mistake or in excess.
Any approved refund shall be processed to the original payment method or through any other lawful mode within a reasonable time.

Samya Law does not guarantee any particular result, order, relief, judgment, settlement, or outcome in any legal matter. Legal services are rendered on the basis of professional skill, diligence, and applicable law.

The client is responsible for providing true, complete, and accurate facts, documents, instructions, and information. Samya Law shall not be responsible for any consequence arising from incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or withheld information.

Samya Law shall maintain confidentiality of client communications and documents in accordance with applicable law and professional obligations, subject to disclosures required by law, court order, regulatory authority, or professional duty.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Samya Law is not responsible for technical failures, payment gateway downtime, banking delays, transaction declines, or other issues attributable to third-party service providers.

All fees and charges shall be subject to applicable taxes, if any. The client shall be responsible for payment of such taxes where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Samya Law in relation to any payment transaction shall be limited to the amount actually received by Samya Law for the specific service concerned.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Prayagraj/ Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions or payments made to Samya Law.
