25 year-old Land Dispute Expedited

Many people across our country are embroiled in land disputes that span decades. The uncertainty surrounding one’s own land can make anyone anxious and distressed.

In one such land dispute, our clients had been waiting for their proceedings before the Consolidation Officer to conclude for the last 25 years. However, after enduring such a long delay, they finally approached the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court to expedite the matter.

Seeing the unfortunate circumstances, it really brought a smile to my face to be able to secure an order in our favour for the proceedings to finally conclude expeditiously within 6 months. I truly sympathise with anyone who has had to endure such prolonged uncertainty over their land.
